• Check-In and Check-Out

Guests can check in from 3:00 PM until 11:30 PM, and check-out is available until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

• Age Requirement

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Deposits & Payments

A refundable damage deposit may be collected upon arrival. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and cash payments may be permitted at the management’s discretion.

• Smoking Policy

Sunshine Inn Kissimmee is a non-smoking property. Guests who wish to smoke may use designated outdoor areas only.

• Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at Sunshine Inn Kissimmee. Only ADA-compliant service animals are accepted.

• Children & Extra Beds

Children are welcome at the property, but extra beds or cribs are not available. Maximum occupancy limits per room must be observed for safety.

• Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are typically free up to 24–48 hours before arrival, depending on the booking type. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a one-night charge.

Ground-level rooms are available for easier access. Guests with mobility needs or specific requests are encouraged to inform the hotel prior to arrival for suitable arrangements.
